Cathy's Health Journey

On Sunday, 12/30/2018 Cathy Covey and her family were hiking in Wenatchee, WA, when Cathy suddenly fainted. She had two seizures and with further testing, doctors discovered a tumor in the back of her brain. On Wednesday, 1/2/2019 she had surgery to remove the tumor and it was successful. Doctors were able to remove the entire tumor, however; they determined it is malignant. Now we are waiting on test results to determine what type of cancer, and if the cancer started in the brain or somewhere else in her body.  As her family, we are raising money to help cover the medical costs, as well as any further treatment necessary in her recovery.
