My name is Catherine and I've been given the chance to take part in a once in a lifetime expedition to eSwatini and Kruger. But to go I need to raise over £4000.

When I get there I will be able to help the locals in eSwatini, by helping to grow the day centres - where young children who have lost their parents get an education and interact with others. I will also get to learn how to cook traditional foods, go camping for two weeks , go on a four day trek in the wilderness and get the opportunity to go on a wildlife safari in Kruger national park , to see the nature and different animals such as elephants, lions, zebra's and giraffes. In eSwatini, I will also be learning about the local culture and language.

To help the children , I will be helping to build new infrastructure in the village and be involved with the day to day running of the centre, where I will help with the young children's education and play games with them.

In addition to this she I also be able to interact with new people and make new friends, this will also improve my confidence.

This really is a once in a lifetime, life changing trip and anything you can spare to help me get there would be amazing!
