Hello, my name is Patty Creuziger and I am fundraising for my beautiful daughter, Catherine Michelle Creuziger. On Saturday, November 11, 2023, our beautiful Catherine was nearly taken from us. While crossing the street, she was struck by a car, which subsequently fled the scene. Thankfully Catherine had loved ones by her side who performed CPR and put compression on her head wound until paramedics arrived, likely saving her life. After arrival at the local hospital, Catherine was transferred via Flight for Life to a larger medical center in Milwaukee. As a result of the accident, Catherine suffered a skull fracture, an open wound on her head requiring numerous staples, a broken neck, fractured hip/pelvis, a broken knee, an open wound with possible ligament damage in her leg, chip fractures in her lumbar spine, and experienced internal bleeding from lacerations to her spleen and liver. She is in unimaginable pain and will face immense challenges moving forward. Catherine has already had one surgery to fuse discs in her neck and will require additional surgeries, including knee and pelvic surgery once her spleen laceration stabilizes. In addition to the immediate medical care and surgical procedures she is receiving and those that remain ahead of her, Catherine will also require intense inpatient rehabilitation following her lengthy hospital stay. Though the hit and run driver was eventually located and arrested, it is believed that he was uninsured.

As Catherine courageously battles the physical and emotional aftermath of this ordeal, we are seeking your support in easing the overwhelming burden of medical bills.
