The Institute of Crazyology is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation dedicated to furthering imagination and intuition in the arts in San Francisco and beyond!  Donations to the Institute of Crazyology are tax deductible. 

The Institute of Crazyology celebrates countercultural innovation and rebellion:
From the absurdity of Dada to the visions of Surrealism,
The transcendence of the Beats and the altered states of psychedelia,
Transgression of punk and performance art,
Pranksterism of Cacophony,
And the collaborative grandeur of Burning Man - the Institute draws upon all of these influences.  These eclectic aesthetics (and more!) shape San Francisco culture and the Institute of Crazyology provides a venue to celebrate this heritage as well as take it further through new ideas and new innovations in technology.

Donations to the Institute of Crazyology fund the operating expenses of the 1000 Van Ness venue and support creative projects and programming at Crazyology.
