Catching up with bills and debt

It's been a hard road since my accident. I've been left with traumatic brain damage as well as physical limitations. I'm looking to find employment and get disability but none of that has gone through yet.

I've depleted my savings and other resources. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm pushing in a positive direction but there is a lot at play here.
