Marcia & Jack Farrell, Canandaigua NY. Asking for help for our family in Waterbury Vermont. Catastrophic flooding has caused considerable damage and loss to the contents of their home. They have flood insurance but have been advised that contents of their home are not covered.

Replacing their washer, dryer, freezer and personal belongings will be a hardship. Not sure yet of the status of the heating system.
