Surgery for Rosie

Hi, my name is Elise. My beautiful dog, Rosie recently went completely blind in 72hrs. She suffers from diabetes, epilepsy and Cushings disease. The medication for those conditions alone has been a huge financial burden, however, she was responding very well and living her best life until about two weeks ago when she lost her eyesight.. :-( I have since learnt that dogs suffering from diabetes can go 100% blind in as little as 48hrs. It has been heartbreaking to watch, and while she is not in pain because she had no time to adapt, she is very confused and can't be left alone at all. I would love her to be able to see again and cataract surgery is an option, however, it is terribly expensive. 

I know that Rosie is 'my once in a lifetime' dog. 

After well over $7k worth of vet bills since June 2022 (successive trips to the emergency vet to receive her diagnosis for diabetes & epilepsy) I am trying to raise funds to help pay for surgery on her eye. 

 I know lots of people are doing it tough but any little bit helps. Rosie and I would be eternally grateful. Thank you xx
