We hope you all had a great time over the Parent Daughter Ski weekend at Catamount. Although the weather certainly didn’t cooperate it sure seemed like everyone had a blast on the slopes and in the pool and for the first time this year “on the lanes.” As many of you know we accidentally forgot to collect for rentals and dramatically undercharged for the dinner. This has left the event $1,750 under water. It is honestly far too cumbersome to try to go back and allocate out refunds for Sunday skiing, charges for the rentals and an additional charge for everyone for the dinner so we thought we would take a different approach.
Thought we would just rely on the kindness of the Chapin community to kick in and help us cover this. Many thanks in advance for your help with this.
