On Saturday April 17, 2021 our friends Melissa and Mary Acosta lost their mother Catalina Castro to Covid.  Unfortunately their family has been shattered by the effects of this virus more than once. On April 4, 2021 they lost their uncle who was like a father figure to both Melissa and Mary (Catalina’s brother) to complications of covid as well.  It has caused their family so much heart ache and sadness as this is the third family members they have lost to scary virus since this pandemic has started. As you can imagine losing two family members back to back has caused a financial strain for the family and we wanted to start this Go Fund me to raise as much money as possible to help the family during this difficult time to handle all the expenses that can come with these unexpected events. Hoping this can be one less thing they have to worry about.


Catalina leaves behind her two daughters, four beautiful grandsons  ranging from ages 16 to as young as 3 months old her mother who is devastated losing three of her children to this awful virus within the last year and a family who is completely heartbroken over her sudden passing.
