Jerome is one of the many friendly stray cats being fed by a volunteer group in Stockton and was shot a few nights ago with an arrow. He was found the morning after with it in his side and was fortunately able to be taken to a vet.

The police have the arrow, and Jerome will make a speedy recovery, but it had cost $2000 for his surgery. The volunteer group is hoping to help pay back the kind woman who helped him and to help take care of him in the future.

We hope the person who did it is caught and something like this never happens again, but we could really use your support in helping out Jerome to cover his vet costs. Thank you
