Cat and Kate’s Climbing Crisis

A quick stop for tips from a Barcelona climbing gym turned into losing everything but the clothes on our backs.
So thankful to have had our wallets and passports on us at the time. But everything else is gone, stolen out of the rental car in a smash and grab. All of our climbing gear, rope and harnesses. All of our clothes. Shoes. Laptop. Cameras. Tent. Sleeping bag.  
Catherine quit her job just prior to the trip. 
Kate was working part of this trip remotely, impossible without her laptop.
Our insurance didn’t cover belongings, after all.  Always double check the fine print. 

We can’t hope to replace the personal items or all of our stuff, but to be able to get enough to salvage the rest of the trip would be a dream. Honestly we hate to even ask but we can’t think how to make this work on our own. Any help at all is beyond amazing.
