Cat and Jacks moving assistance

Hi, Cat and Jack were recently in a traumatic car accident on May 8 that left them in the SICU for 2 weeks and over a month in the hospital. With still frequent hospital visits, complications, and physical therapy, we have spent thousands out of pocket for trips to see specialists on our surgical team in Santa Barbara and prescriptions not covered by insurance. Because of our stays in the hospital and inability to work due to still nursing Cat’s broken pelvis, right arm, ribs, and Jack’s pancreatic resection and fractured knee, and medications he must now take for life just so that he can digest food properly, and several missing organs between the both of us, we are behind on bills, rent, and need a way out. Our landlord is threatening eviction because of missed payments during our hospital stays. Our rent here in California is $2200 a month. Something that was doable when we were both able to work, but we never predicted to be In this position after the car accident. We just want to come home to Texas. There is no way we can keep living here. The amount owed to our landlord is $8000 and counting. Paying $2200 a month along with Prescription costs and gas for appointments is putting us in a position where we are stuck unable to save money or pay past bills. We are desperately trying to move back to Texas for a reasonable priced apartment. We need help coming back home.
