
Castlegar GAA Spinathon Fundraiser

On Saturday October 19th Castlegar GAA are hosting a Spinathon in Castlegar GAA indoor arena. The plan is for 11 teams of 20 people per group will spin (virtually) from Castlegar to Croke Park over a period from 8am to 7pm, we will have 220 participants signed up who will be sharing their personalised fundraising page in a bid to raise funds for both the future development of our club at all ages and grades for both Camogie and Hurling and our charity partner NBCRI. As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, we chose them as our charity partner to use the event as an information day on breast cancer research and awareness and to raise awareness for breast cancer in the community and among our members.
