Notice: I wanted to apologize about the frequent changes of goals. 

We considered repairing the mobile home but have realized that may not be a smart choice. I lowered the goal again to four-thousand. This will allow us to afford necessities and possibly a deposit for a new home. My family and I are sincerely grateful to all those who’ve donated and who’ve decided to share our word. Hello, my name is Alicia Castillo. I am the mother of Christian and Christopher Fausto, the sister of Ricardo Castillo, and the daughter of Eduardo Castillo.

Today, on Sunday, June 15th, our home, a trailer, was burned down due to a malfunction within an air conditioner. Unfortunately, not only is our home uninhabitable, but we lost many resources such as laptops, food, furniture, clothes, and more that were meant to be for my kids university. It’s a hard time right now, we’re a family of 5 seeking assistance.

Not only are the costs of attendance for both my sons going to be difficult to afford, we now lack necessities which have become difficult to gain.

Any amount of money would greatly benefit our situation, and we’d be more than appreciative. Thank you. This fundraiser is for my family and I to recover the grave losses.

Update : Our mobile home (trailer) currently has no more electricity and breathing in there’s highly dangerous so we’re staying elsewhere for now. After a couple days our plan is to clean everything up and try to rebuild whatever we can. Our hopes is that we can live there once again. There are lots of “buts” tho so I’ll update whenever there are a change of plans.
