Cassidy Corbett’s Funeral Expenses

My sister Cassidy is 23 and has been diagnosed with Endocarditis. She became sick with what she thought was the flu for about a week. On October 4th my mom took her to the ER because she was weak, couldn't walk, and suffering from severepain. After many tests, bloodwork and a transport by ambulance to another hospital. She has open heart surgery October 7th. She developed ARDS a few days later from the infection going to her lungs. She was placed on a ventilator October 11th. She was slowly improving and then her kidneys took a hit. They had to put her on crrt dialysis. Over the next 2 weeks she really didn’t make any improvements. We tried to get her transferred to a higher care facility but there was always a reason they wouldn’t take her. November 2nd our family was called in because there was nothing else Erlanger could do for her but our God was not done with her! We got a call that Tristar Centennial in Nashville would take her and they were there in a few hours to life flight her. Just when we thought there was no more hope God provided a miracle. She is currently in Nashville on ECMO to give her lungs rest. 

She has no insurance (pending Medicaid) My mom has not left her side this whole time and is with her in Nashville. She also hasn’t worked in over a month. Any donations given will help towards her medical bills and help supplement her income while she is out of work (also to help feed her pups, If you know Cass you know she loves her fur babies). If you cannot donate, I understand entirely, but I would greatly appreciate it if you would pray for her recovery. She has her whole life ahead of her and is tough. Heart warrior is just another trait she will be able to add to her personality.

11/25: Cassidy is now dancing with Jesus and her funeral cost plus burial is $10000. She has no life insurance. Any donations are helpful and are greatly appreciated.
