Hello! On Sunday my sister Cassandra went to quick care after not feeling well for a while. There she was given an EKG and told she had an abnormality and was sent the ER. In the emergency room they did bloodwork and a CT where they found her Aorta was very enlarged and she had fluid around her heart. She was transferred to a hospital with specialist and admitted where they did more testing. They ended up finding she has an aneurysm above her heart as well and an infection. She is going to require open heart surgery where recovery time is at a base of 12 weeks and will not be able to work. They will be taken care of the infection while waiting to see if the aneurysm grows to know if she will have the surgery while in the hospital now or will be able to be released to clear the infection and then have the surgery. I have created this to help pay for hospital bills and to pay her bills while in recovery since she is unable to work. Anything is appreciated and helpful. ❤️
