Cass Posey Top Surgery Fund!

Some of you might know my partner, Cass, but let me introduce him for everyone else. He’s a 30-something trans-masc bartender and one of the best humans. Here’s what some friends have to say:

Cass has a dream, and I’m asking for your help in making it come true. He just wants to go to the beach, topless and free.

That dream comes with a five-figure medical price tag. We’re hustling hard to do our part, but it’s a heck of a goal and he could really use your assistance. The goal of this fundraiser is for the exact cost of the surgery.

We live in a very conservative Southern state, and we’ve had to make plans to travel out of state to find safe, reliable care. We’re trying to cover the cost of the travel, hotel and his living expenses during recovery ourselves. Cass works two jobs, along with graphic design school full time. However, service industry gigs don’t offer medical leave or work-from-home opportunities (and making drinks for me doesn’t count). In the spirit of transparency, any money raised above the goal will go towards these types of bills.
