Cass Paley’s Final Boat Ride

Hello, if you’re seeing this you likely knew my step dad, Cass Paley. He was a character and a half and losing him was a massive blow to all of us. He loved his life and spent it wildly surrounded by beautiful women and many many laughs. His larger than life personality floored everyone to meet him. I was so beyond lucky to call him family and I really want to do this right. I wish I could say more about him but, honestly, it’s all still pretty raw right now.

His memorial will be done by zoom but he wanted his ashes spread in the ocean. Now we’re trying to do this all by the book and take a small boat with just us family to make that happen. Unfortunately it is a little more expensive than any of us can afford on our own. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and anything donations that run over the goal will go to Marianne Walter, his caretaker, best friend, companion and my mother. She has had a rough ride taking care of him these last few years and anything to ease her pain even a little is such a blessing.
