Casper is the bravest and strongest person I know. Casper was diagnosed with a low grade brain tumor 3 years ago. He recieved an 18 month long round of chemotherapy and is currently undergoing his second round after a short break. This treatment is much more aggressive and is causing him to feel quite ill for a couple of days after recieving it. Sadly, he is also losing his gorgeous hair after trying so hard to grow it long like Rapunzel. Despite his many struggles, Casper remains positive and strong and holds on to his strong sense of humor. If he is not making you laugh, he is singing you his favorite Disney Princess songs.
Casper spends most Thursdays in the chemotherapy ward of Children's Hospital. He also visits opthomology and recieves an MRI every 3 months.
Weekly trips back and forth from Coquitlam to Vancouver is exhausting, taxing and expensive. Gas, parking, coffees, meals out, snacks for the long Hospital visits... it adds up quickly. I have created this page to give his friends, family and community an opportunity to support them in this journey. Every little bit is greatly appreciated and can make a big difference.
I thank you all in advance for you generous considerations,
Melissa
