My sweet rabbit Casper is only 3 years old, and I’ve been blessed to have him for just 6 short months. He’s the gentlest little soul — he loves snacks, melts into a puddle when you pet him, and does joyful binkies when he’s happy.

Casper was rushed to the emergency vet and diagnosed with a rare, life‑threatening condition called liver lobe torsion. Surgery is his only chance, but the costs are overwhelming — thousands of dollars for surgery, hospitalization, and recovery. As a part‑time library assistant finishing my master’s degree, I simply don’t have the resources to cover this on my own.

I believe God cares for all His creatures, and I’m trusting Him to provide through the kindness of others. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6 that our Father feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field — and I believe He sees Casper, too.
