On December 25, 2015 we lost an angel. Casey Sr. left this world, leaving behind his 6 year old son Casey Jr. His battle with his heart problems caught our family by surprise when he came home from the Cleveland Clinic due to sudden heart complications. He was released December 23, 2015 to come home and spend the holidays with the ones he loved.
Unfortunately, not even 48 hours after Casey was released he passed away in the presence of his mother Kathy, brother Adam and grandparents. This heartbreaking event has left our family in deep sorrow and we are asking for any contributions to make sure Casey Sr. Michalak has a proper and well deserved memorial service. Any support of any kind is appreciated for our fallen angel.
