Hey, my name is Don Fenn, but some people know me as Krimson from Krimson's Korner . I am currently trying to put together a cross country bike ride to raise donations for cancer research and to help those patients who can't afford treatment. To make this trip possible, I need to raise $39,500 for trip expenses which will include equipment, lodging, food, emergency money, and other necessary cost. I'm hoping that I can make this goal by April 1. Any money left over after the expenses are paid will be donated to the causes I'm riding for.

The donations raised during the ride will go to the Cancer Research Institute (dedicated to cancer research and specializing in immunotherapy) and CancerCare (dedicated to helping patients with the financial aspects of cancer treatment). When I have more information regarding where to make donations, I will provide an update with a link on Casey's Coming Around Again facebook page.

The trip will start in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. From there, I will travel north to Brunswick, Ohio. Then, I will travel west to Fresno, California. Afterwords, I will head back east to Nashville, Tennessee. Finally, I will head back to North Carolina where I live. The trip will take around five months to complete. The trip will begin on April 7, 2017 unless I'm unable to raise the funds.

I am dedicating this trip to my girlfriend, Gail Casey, who lost her 8 year battle with Stage IV colon cancer on April 17, 2015. This woman is the one who made me who I am today. Without her, there is no telling where I would be today. She taught me to cherish every day you are given and to always do the right thing.

Well, this ride is just what that's about. Living life and enjoying all this world has to offer and doing what I can to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I want to make a difference in this world and give someone a future my girlfriend never got.
