Casey is the "go to" Head Cashier at Lowe's Home Improvement in Elk Grove, CA. She is also an incredible mom and friend to everyone. Casey has faced challenges and hardships in her life and always tackles these obstacles with humor and love, which isn't easy as a single mom. In fact, it was her daughter, Lindsay, who was with her when she went in for a routine doctor's apt. on Friday, July 17th, 2015. However, to her shock and dismay, Casey was immediately admitted to the Hospital.

After two days of tests on Saturday and Sunday, Casey was told on Monday that she has Leukemia, for which she immediately began intensive chemotherapy. Casey recieved blood platelets daily as the chemo killed the cancer cells along with viable good cells, taking her beautiful long hair, but not her incredible, humorous, positive personality. Unable to leave the hospital from the beginning, her daughter Lindsay has been by her side, a devoted daughter to an amazing mom.  However, Casey's inability to work, as well as the small amount provided from disabilty have placed her in a dire position trying to pay her bills. As a result, Casey needs OUR help.

Please help Casey and her children, Lindsay and Brendan, as the overwhelming shock and dismay of this illness has placed an incredible burden on her, since she is the breadwinner for her family. If you know Casey, you know that she would give you her last dollar if you needed it.  It's just who she is. So, please give her family whatever you can to help her and let's show her how much she means to us.
