Hi, My name is Jesse Graham, I am fundraising on behalf of my mother, Melissa, and my brother, Casey. It was about 3 weeks ago that Casey, who just turned 26, had suffered from a very serious and life threatening stroke. He was placed in ICU and was in critical condition for about 5 days. He has since been transferred to a rehab center and is going through all different types of therapy. My family and I are seeking financial help for medical bills, meals, outpatient therapy costs and support for Casey, who will soon be sent home to be taken care of by family and a home healthcare nurse in about 1 week.
