I am Casandra, mother of 5 and grandmother of 2 beautiful boys. It is my goal to purchase a food concession trailer "The B Mobile". Almost 2 years to date, I was blessed to live my dream and answered prayer and opened a full-service restaurant. Unfortunately, that dream was cut short when I had to close my restaurant for good.

I have been an entrepreneur for many years in the beauty industry but found that I have a passion for cooking and feeding people. I greatly miss the fast action of being in the kitchen, cranking out dishes, and seeing people enjoying their meals, so I have started a ghost kitchen to try to build a customer base and to raise funds for my concession trailer.

I have gone through a lot of financial hardships over the past year recovering from the restaurant closure and am excited to get back to business. I will be pursuing a small business loan to help with the purchase of the food trailer. Any donations help. Thank you!
