Hi! I'm Cas, I'm a trans man from Glasgow who needs top surgery. I've been thinking about it for over a decade- but It's getting to the point where I want to start putting together this next part of my life. I'd like to ask for help getting over the finish-line in being able to afford to see the right surgeon.

I'm disabled and at the mercy of the DWP, so I could really use the help saving up. Looking after my body has become a bigger and more rewarding part of my life and personal growth. Being able to access top surgery would massively help with daily confidence, mental health, gender presentation and the ability to live my life out in the world day to day.
