Hi!! I’m Carys. I’m a singer-songwriter, puppeteer, writer and performer from QLD, Australia. I love to work in the community, swim in open water, learn new things and explore. I’m also nonbinary, intersex and trans. I’ve just been referred for top surgery, and my family and I cannot cover the costs on our own. I’m on the disability pension and my family are legally in financial hardship, so any donations are appreciated more than you could ever know.

I essentially hit both puberties at age 12. I found out I was intersex around then, although I wasn’t comfortable using that word yet. I have always identified as nonbinary and trans, and top surgery was always the one thing I knew I needed to feel safe and comfortable in my body. As a kid, I didn’t think I’d survive to see myself say that I’m getting top surgery. I’m so excited, and any amount of money will make a difference :) ily all!!!
