The Rosenberg family of Northbrook unexpectedly lost their beloved Caryn on February 21st. Caryn's always-ready smile and vibrant, warm personality touched every person she ever met. She will forever be in our hearts.
Caryn is survived by her husband David and three young children (Aaron 12, Brandon 7 and Evan 3) who are working through the loss and grief.
As a way to help support this family during a very trying and unpredictible time, we are looking to raise funds to help relieve the burden of the significant expenses that they are now facing. Caryn had been a dedicated stay-at-home mom, coordinating the daily schedules and transportation before and after school for the three boys. Now, David has enrolled them in daycare and other before/after school programs to ensure he can return to work soon himself. It's expected that the additional costs, along with upcoming summer care, will be more than $25,000 per year.
On behalf of David's family, we are so thankful for the outpouring of support from everyone in the community. Many have reached out and asked what they can do to help. Some people have expressed that this is one way they really feel that can be accomplished.
