Cary, Julia and Neely Family Fund

Update: With all respect to the friends and family of Cary, I just wanted to let those who have prayed and donated, that your kindness has overwhelmed Julia and Myself , as well as the Neely family. I am sad to inform the the test results for the tumor came back malignant we are waiting to hear back from the physicians for what any possible treatments may be.  Again thank you for all the love and support.                                                                                                                   I met Cary Neely on a visit to his hospital room with his daughter Julia a few months ago. Most people in life we can pass by or keep around as acquaintances, but Cary made such a impact on me from the very first words we spoke. A humble , brilliant, loving man with the biggest heart I have ever seen. At this point he had been waiting to be placed on the liver donor transplant list. Weeks went by as his health declined. Then just a few days ago we got the call that a the transplant was ready. We rushed off to get the surgery started. As we nervously awaited the results of the surgery, we finally found that Carys liver had a tumor, and that he lost his chance for his transplant. As of now friends and family are waiting around helpless waiting for what little options are left. Needless to say the family is exhausted, hungry and distraught. I am not one to ask for help for myself, but this man and his family have taken me in and treated me as one of there own. Many of his friends and family are out of work so that they can be by his side , as well as trying to find food, housing, and the ever growing hospital bills. There is no set amount this family needs, but anything would help, and even if you are not in a position to donate, please send your prayers.
