After years of struggling with anxiety, depression and thoughts of suicide, I discovered something that genuienely helped me: cartoons. The humor, storytelling and characters that raised so many of us became my unexpected therapy. That realization led me to create

JdimplyBrand--a cartoon mental health awareness brand creating mental health advocates through the arts: education, social media content, animation, innovatively designed clothing apparel, stickers & other tools for a lighter approach to emotional healing.

In the U.S. alone, more than 1 in 5 adults--over 60 million people--experience mental illness each year. Yet many never seek help due to stigma, cost, or access barriers. That's exactly why this matters.
