We would like to thank everyone that has reached out to our family in such a delicate time of our lives. Our Father Reginald Anthony Carter would have been tremendously warmed by the love and affection his city has for him.  

Many of you know him as Coach Carter and many of you know him as Karate Reg. To us he was all that and more, plus Pops.  
This was unexpected to say the least. Under the circumstances of how he has been welcomed to the pearly gates, we are left in limbo. Our father was in process of retirement. He left us so quick we didn’t have time to discuss his Last Will and Testament. 

Anything you can donate helps. The process of putting our only parent to rest is difficult for us. And of course we would love to send him out in style because y’all know he dressed the part whenever the opportunity presented itself.
