Hello, my name is Carter Teresi, and I am currently a Life Scout in Troop 49 in Milton, NJ. I am working on my Eagle Scout Project, which is my final step towards achieving Eagle Scout Rank, the highest rank in scouting.

For my Community Service Project, I am partnering with the Old Bridge Animal Shelter. I am deep cleaning and painting the dog kennel area of the building, making it inviting and colorful with a sky mural complete with clouds, sun, and birds. My goal is to make it a happy place for the dogs and to create a welcoming experience for visitors who come to the shelter looking to adopt a dog.

To accomplish the above, I am organizing and leading the work project involving over 30 Scouts and Adults, working over three days, involving approximately 150 work hours, and an expenditure of roughly $2500 in painting materials, hardware, tools, and supplies.
