A memorial fund is being established for causes Carter held close. As a family, we are also asking you surround Victoria with financial support for the unexpected costs. Her son Carter was struck early Sunday (11.22.2020) morning while riding his bike to work in De Pere, Wisconsin. He was 21 and did not survive. She is absolutely heartbroken at this tragic and terrible loss.
Carter is sweet, gentle, respectful and quick with a smile. He was immensely loved. It's a long road ahead emotionally and financially for Victoria.
