Hello, my name is Dennis Walls. I am creating a fundraiser for my son Carter Carr-Walls to help cover his final arrangements. Carter took his life on 07/25. Carter is now flying high with his mom, who he lost when he was 11. Carter was an outstanding young man who would have turned 19 in December. I could not have asked for a better son. He was loved by so many.
