Harper needs a laptop for school!

Hello! My name is Harper Bechtel and I am a sophomore film major at DePaul University. I love studying film at DePaul and their mix of technical and artistic education sparks my passion everyday. However, my 2014 laptop can’t keep up with the demands of undergraduate life, especially with my major that requires a lot of computer editing and storage space. My current laptop does not meet my storage need and can barely go an hour without needing charge. Frankly, I’m scared it will die before the end of the year, and/or won’t be able to handle my school projects. Because we use Adobe software I am hoping for a MacBook Pro that will have the storage and speed I need. I live in Chicago and rent eats up a lot of my funds so any donations will be very much appreciated! I am aiming to get the computer by the new year (my 20th birthday!) for the start of winter quarter.
