Carson's Fight

When you find out a close family member has been diagnosed with cancer, you feel like you been slapped in the face and punched in the gut -then once that sting and feeling of vomiting settles, you feel helpless in what you're able to do.
Right now its exceptionally hard to feel helpful with COVID looming, as no one can be in his room to see him aside from his wife.
While Carson continues to keep a positive outlook, we are looking for ways to ease the burden of finances since neither can go back to work right now.
Whatever you can do would be greatly appreciated and if you're not able, just say an extra prayer at night for this awesome guy!
From his wife, Valerie:
As many of you close to us already know. I wanted to share with all who do not. Carson Woolschlager has been sick for a few months, with illness coming in waves. Everytime he went to the Dr. they tested him for covid, which made sense because his symptoms mimicked covid symptoms. His last covid test came back negative as did all the others. Friday, July 31st, after last negative test, I rushed him to the clinic for chest xrays and bloodwork. We had to go to ER. They finally had answers for his illness. The ER Dr found lymphoma on Carson's spine, lungs/chest, and stomach. He was immediately sent to Sacred Heart in Spokane. We have been here since Saturday at 4am. Carson had his biopsy yesterday. So we are impatiently waiting for the results so he can start treatment.
We should have a definitive diagnosis soon. He will start chemotherapy same day.
Carson is in good spirits and staying positive. And we appreciate all the love and support.
