Carson Lanter’s Medical Funeral Expenses

It is with our deepest sadness that we reach out today to inform everyone that unfortunately Carson has succumbed to his fight against a rare auto immune disease. Early this morning they found swelling of the brain and a clot blocking oxygen and blood flow in his brain stem. We wish for everyone to remember Carson as his loving happy witty self. Please respect the privacy and time of the family at this devastating time. Arrangements and information will be pushed out as soon as the information becomes available. We are here today to raise money for the families of Carson Lanter. Recently within the last two weeks he has suffered from multiple repeated seizures that has turned into an autoimmune disease attacking his brain. There is a finding of him having MOG antibody disease (MOGAD) is a neurological, immune-mediated disorder in which there is inflammation in the optic nerve, spinal cord and/or brain it is very rare and only seen in 1.6 people per 1 Million. This does correlate with other autoimmune diseases that we have not yet received results for yet. He is currently sedated and in a medically induced coma at children’s hospital of Cincinnati. It is a very long and unknown road in his recovery and we are reaching out asking the community to help with any expenses for the family during this trailing time.
