My name is Lillian, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Melissa Terry Hatfield and Chris Terry and their families following the passing of their beloved mother, Jan Terry, on Monday, February 23, 2026.

Jan was a devoted mother and an extraordinary grandmother who loved her five grandbabies more than anything. They were truly the center of her world, and her greatest wish was always to care for and support them as they grew.

Several friends and loved ones have asked how they can help honor Jan’s memory and support her family during this difficult time. In keeping with Jan’s wishes, any funds raised will be divided evenly among her five grandchildren and contributed toward their futures — including their 529 college savings accounts, birthdays and Christmas gifts, as well as helping support them in meaningful ways as they grow.

This fund is a way to carry forward Jan’s love and devotion to her grandchildren, and to honor the lasting impact she had on their lives.
