Carroll Family- Passing of Steve Carroll
Steve Carroll, Husband and father to three young children passed away on August 31, 2021 from Covid complications, he fought hard for 20 days. His wife and children were unable to say goodbye, his children expected him to return home, just thinking he was going to the Dr. to get some help and get better. Steve never made it home, his children never got to give him a final hug, or say I love you dad, or got to hear it from Steve before he passed. His wife Jen lost the love of her life, and the children lost their superman.
As a small business owner of an A/C service company, Steve was the primary source of income for the family of 5 including 3 small children. As a small owner operated company, the passing of Steve means the loss of that income forever and the closing of the business. No one would be able to fill the void left by Steve, he was always helping people with their A/C day and night. He left this world with all the knowledge he had, and the passion for his work.
Steve's wife is a instructional assistant a local elementary school in Dade City, FL and is doing her best to keep the family operating without Steve being there to help, while working and keeping a positive attitude and being a rock for their three children. The kids know their dad has passed away, but as one can only imagine it has not fully sunk in. Endless tears, and a hole in thier heart makes up their days and sleepless nights. Steve made an impact on all of us, however his loss to his wife and kids is something that no time will heal, no new memories will override, and no words could help heal. Their lives have forever changed, and I reach out to our community to help them in any way you can.
The Carroll family is active in the local Dade City/ Pasco community, Steve was always answering the calls of people in need of A/C repairs, especially this time of year with A/C units working to stay cool. They are also active in the San Ann Baseball program as their son Cody just returned from the State Championship where his team took 3rd Place, Cody always has a positive attitude and loves baseball. Steve is always at his son's baseball practice and games, sometimes attached to his phone helping talk someone through an air conditioning emergency, but there to support his son.
