Carrie Knight-Fight Like a Spartan

My name is Kate Eden and I am a Roper St Francis Healthcare physician assistant. My sister Liz and I are participating in the Spartan Mud Run Race on November 15, 2015 in Columbia, SC with the goal of raising funds to help support Carrie Knight.  Carrie is a friend to all of us that have had the pleasure of working with her for years and an unbelievably valued employee of the Roper St Francis Healthcare System.  Our goal is to raise funds to assist Carrie and her family with current medical expenses required for treatment while Carrie is fighting her diagnosis of stage IV lung cancer with metastatic brain disease.   Carrie's illness has affected all of us deeply and saddened our hearts.  We would like to take this opportunity to fight through a challenge in honor of her current fight and ongoing battle.  Please help the Eden sisters help Carrie and her family.  We are asking for a donation under the charity event name "Carrie Knight -- Fight Like A Spartan". Donations will continue to be accepted after we have completed the race.  Thank you for your help, your generosity will inevitably serve a goal that is far greater than any one of us could imagine.
