Carr Fire: from ashes to beauty

On July 26, 2018, Bree and Nick lost their house and everything in it to the Carr Fire. With their wedding just days away, and their wedding site under evacuation, Bree and Nick had to cancel their plans to be married. To make matters worse, Nick’s father is suffering from terminal cancer and they were hoping to be married soon so that he could witness their union. Together, Bree and Nick also have a beautiful baby boy. With so much on their plates right now, Bree and Nick lack the resources to plan for another wedding. Her colleagues from her work have started this page in hopes that her dreams of a wedding with Nick’s father in attendance can still happen. We are asking for any help you can provide either financially or through goods and services to help make their special day a reality. We are hoping that beauty will be made from ashes. Any money that is raised beyond what is spent on the wedding will be given to them for their personal needs while they rebuild.
