Carpal Bossing Surgery

Hello to those of you that have taken the time to read this. My name is Taylor Pollard, and I am a professional tattoo artist out of Dallas, TX. I have never been one to ask for charity, however I am left with very few options in my current situation. I was recently diagnosed with carpal bossing in my right hand (my tattooing hand). It is a form of osteoarthritis that affects the joint connecting my thumb, pointer and middle fingers. In my particular case, it's location causes my tendon to "roll" over the carpal boss whilst moving my hand. This has rendered me unable to tattoo without a great deal of pain. I have been unable to work since early October, and this is causing me both mental and financial struggles. I have never made much money tattooing, but I do it for the love of the craft. I would like to return as soon as I can, and need to return to pay bills. In order to do so, I will have to get the carpal boss removed. I do not have health insurance,  so it will cost far beyond what I am able to afford. There is also a 2-6 week recovery time, in which I will also be unable to tattoo. Holiday season is here, so that also puts me in a hard spot. I am trying my best to stay positive about the situation and do what I can to stay productive in the mean time.  Perhaps you have been tattooed by me in the past, or were planning on getting tattooed in the future.
