Carolyns Hospital Expenses

Unfortunately on my 26th birthday I was in a tragic motorcycle accident on my way home, I was riding down river road and someone lost a large pair of pliers in the road. This caused me to go off road and the bike flipped about 8 times with me still on it. I must have a guardian angel because I ended up with not only a shattered left wrist that will require pins to repair.. I also broke my neck in two places (C3 & C7) & my upper back in another (C11). I have been in the hospital since very very early Saturday morning, and have been told numerous times, I am blessed to be alive and not paralyzed. I really hate to ask for help, as I am a very much get it done yourself type of gal.. but unfortunately I do not carry medical insurance due to how costly it is for a Type 1 Diabetic. I don’t even want to begin to try and guess what the bill for ambulance ride, multiple doses of different medications, and the surgeries I will need will cost. I am asking for any kind of financial assistance I can from my friends, family, and peers. No amount is too small & just know no matter the donation I appreciate it immensely. I have a long road ahead of me, and I’ve been told I will wear a cervical collar as well as have my dominant wrist & arm in a cast for approximately three to four months.

Please also if anyone is willing, pray with me I can be home with my wonderful family for Thanksgiving this year.
