Many of you may already be aware that Carolyn Suitt, our resident Histology Core expert, has recently had some medical issues that have caused her to be hospitalized. This came unexpectedly to her, her family and all of us. Knowing how many lives Carolyn has touched in her many years at UNC, we wanted to organize a way for anyone who wishes to contribute to do so as her family navigates this difficult time. I have created this Go Fund Me that will be used to purchase a gift card (or cards) from Door Dash, Uber Eats or similar (open to suggestions) to make mealtime something that her family doesn’t have to worry about.
