“Restoring Our Community’s Pride” Rainbow Refugee Food Program (RRFP)
The situation in Kenya for Rainbow Refugees under Covid-19 has deteriorated significantly in 2020, with many refugees facing homeless in Nairobi and pressure to return to the refugee camp in Kakuma, where the risk of violence and discrimination due to sexual orientation and gender identity is high.
A small group of refugees have created an organisation dedicated to capacity building, community empowerment. They are asking for funds to restart their restaurant project, where their train volunteers to make chapatis to feed the local community. Please help us to meet their running costs for the next two months to give them a livelihood. “No Candle Loses Its Flame By Lighting Another”.
