Carol is at home, recovering after her partial mastectomy. The surgery lasted six hours and went well. Carol is in good spirits but knows she still has a long road ahead.
She will be undergoing 6 weeks of radiation, 5 days a week in Ukiah and will be unable to work for the next three months at least.
Carol is still the sole supporter of Dylan and Sonjia and she will be traveling three hours round trip every day for the 6 weeks of radiation treatment. The combined expenses of travel and providing for her
household and two children, while not being able to work, are adding lots of stress to her already incredibly stressful
situation.
We want to alleviate some of the financial worries for her so that she can focus on beating
this cancer and appreciate so much anything you can give.
She is totally overwhelmed by the love and support of her family and friends and thanks you all
from the bottom of her heart.
