Carol's Celebration of Life: Join us April 5th 2025

My Daughter Ashley Suzanne Dew found this hand written poem in Carol Carruth-White note book she often used for work or to take notes in. The poem was written by someone else but Carol transcribed this in her note book with a couple minor changes it appears .

“When I come to the end of my(my was scratched out) the day. And the sun has set for me. I want no rites in a gloom filled room. Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little, but not too long, and not with your head bowed low. Remember the Love we once shared- - - Miss me but let me go. This is a journey we all must take, each must go alone. When you are lonely and sick at heart Go to the friends we know. And bury your sorrows in doing good. Miss me but let me go.”

This is a testament that shows how big Carols heart ❤️ was! It appears after reading what she wrote she knew her time on earth was short but she never complained or told anyone because she didn’t want us to worry about her!

She wrote, “I WANT NO RITES IN A GLOOM FILLED ROOM”. MISS ME A LITTLE, BUT NOT WITH YOUR HEADS BOWED LOW. BURY YOUR SORROWS IN DOING GOOD!

There will be no Gloom Filled Room on Saturday April 5th 2025 on Hoot Owl Hill at 6169 County Line Road Summi, MS. 39666. Carol loved the outdoors! Carol Loved Music!

Carol Carruth White was called to Heaven on January 21, 2025. Carol loved her family, friends, nature, the outdoors, tent camping, her work and loved music! Carol was the shinning star in our family! She was always seen helping others! She always had a smile and great enthusiasm in everything she did! Carol was a painting and remodeling Contractor for many years! She loved her work and the people she worked for! She could build or make anything! She loved woodworking, making fishing lures, wood burning and painting! On Saturday April 5, 2025 at 6169 County Line Road Summit,MS. 39666 we are going to Celebrate the Life of Carol Carruth White! Currently Bro David Whitehead is Scheduled to Begin the Celebration at 2 PM. Carol Loved Jesus!

Afterwards “The Pedestrians” from Lafayette Louisiana will take the stage! Carol Loved Music! Please come out and celebrate Carol’s Life with us! Bring your Chairs, Tents, Coolers (no glass containers) and enjoy the music! Everyone is welcome to attend! Casual Dress, jeans, shorts and T Shirts are fine.
