Carols At The Cross

Donation protected
Carols at the Cross is a community celebration of traditional carol singing held on Ryton Village Green each year on the Tuesday before Christmas Eve.
It started in 1986 with a group of brass players from the Ryton based ceilidh band ‘Brass Neck’ playing some carols under the street lamp by the old village cross. Before long it had grown into one of the most popular carol singing events in the North East. Carols at the Cross has featured on national and local TV and in glossy magazines.
Each year the buckets are passed round and the donations received fund the event and also supports St Oswald's Hospice.

Unfortunately this year we can't gather outside the pub, but we aren't letting that stop us. The event will be online https://fb.me/e/ARCEcemC and we're using Go Fund Me as our virtual bucket.
