Mission Trip to Uganda
Donation protected
I am currently in my first semester, of freshmen year, at Clemson University. The Lord has already been so faithful in sustaining me through these first weeks, building community around Him, and opening up doors to serve Him. He has so graciously granted me the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Jinja and Kampala, Uganda through Clemson’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
On December 27, I will be departing to Uganda for 10 days. Over the course of 10 days, my team and I will be partnering with Storyteller missions, which is an organization under American World Adoption whose mission is to advocate adoption ministries. American World Adoption partners with international orphanages in sending out short-term missionaries with the goal of providing long term care to vulnerable children. Specifically, my team and I will be working with Canaan Children’s Home, Sole Hope, Pillars of Hope, and Return Again Uganda. This trip will bring the gospel to Uganda, through Clemson Students, while all the while tangibly loving and serving the people there.
The Lord has placed the desire on my heart to love and serve Africa, and it is only through Him that this trip is being made possible. As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people. I need to raise $3,200 in order to make this trip possible. If you can support me in a financial way, I would be very grateful, but most importantly, my team and I need your prayers. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God's leading in our time in Uganda. Whether you feel led to contribute financially, through prayer, or both, all of your support is appreciated. Thank you so much for support, in any way shape or form, for there is no amount too small or penny that goes overlooked.
