I’m setting up this page in memory of my mam, Caroline Hamilton. We want to raise funds to help with funeral costs and to support our family as we navigate this heartbreaking time. Any contribution or message of support means so much to us.

Mam was the kindest most thoughtful person you would ever meet, she would light up any room she walked into. To know her was to love her.

Mam will be missed by everyone who knew her, especially by her husband Pat and kids Seán, Áoife, Ciára and 2 year old granddaughter Bella.

After many requests we have decided as a family to set this up.
